Chinese passengers embarking on the Joy later this year will get a variety of food and beverage offerings ranging from Chinese hot pot to an alternative French restaurant, with 28 in total. The majority of venues will mimic the Norwegian Escape, but have adjusted menu options for Chinese guests.
The buffet, the Garden Café, will offer three meals, including both Chinese and Western choices. The Manhattan Room will be back too, with updated menu offerings including Chinese cuisine.
The Savor and Taste restaurants will also serve Chinese favorites.
On the premium side, the Food Republic will serve sushi and fusion dishes, with what the company is calling an eclectic menu. Teppanyaki offers East Asian dishes, with hibachi cooking table-side.
