We recently had the opportunity to try out Holland America Line’s new culinary partnership with “America’s Test Kitchen” onboard the Westerdam as it sailed to the Mexican Riviera.
The fresh concept has already taken off as standing room only was available in the Queen’s Lounge sessions while instructor Abby Koch did a fine job of introducing the audience to many easy-to-make recipes that could be quickly replicated back at home.
We also enjoyed Mexican food crafted onboard thanks to the main dining room and taco bar as we traveled to Cabo San Lucas, Mazatlan and Puerto Vallarta, taking a deep dive with off-the-beaten-path excursions as well as a classic tour ashore.
