Nonrev’s love going to Rome. So much to see and do there is always something new around the corner.
One of the most pleasant things to do in Rome is to sit out on the sidewalk enjoying dinner and a drink. Enjoy people watching and soaking up the atmosphere is a great way to relax after a long day of exploring the eternal city.
But tourism has it’s downside, among them trash and crowds.
First, Rome banned eating and drinking by its fountains to keep trash (and loitering, gelato-eating tourists) to a minimum.
Now the city is banning alcohol through Rome’s streets and piazzas from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. all summer.
