What it means for airline travelers
- Good for Academy visits. The hotel works well for Air Force Academy graduations, parents’ weekends and football games, which tend to fill local hotels. Book early for those dates.
- Picking an airport. Colorado Springs (COS) is the closer airport. Denver (DEN) has far more flights, which helps standby travelers, but it means a long drive south.
- Choice Privileges. Cambria is part of Choice Privileges. The announcement does not mention travel-industry or airline-employee rates, so check your employee discount portal.
