October 9, 2026 — Loews Nashville Hotel at Vanderbilt Plaza has unveiled a renovation that covers the whole property. Guest rooms, suites, the lobby and two new food and drink venues are finished. The last phase, the event space, follows in January 2027.
Loews calls it a multimillion-dollar project and has not published a cost or a start date. The hotel is in Midtown Nashville, near Vanderbilt University and Music Row. Its website lists 341 guest rooms.
“Nashville has evolved tremendously and so have we,” general manager Hugh Anderson said.
