October 12, 2026 — Celebrity Cruises has shown off Orange Peel Bar and Grill, a new poolside bar and burger spot that replaces the Pool Mast Bar and Grill on two ships. It debuts on Celebrity Beyond in November.
What is new
Orange Peel is part of a redesigned Celebrity Pool Club. Celebrity previewed it on October 11 on the beach at the Loews Miami Beach Hotel, decorated in the line’s tangerine “Magic Carpet Orange” with loungers and cabanas around the bar. Celebrity president Laura Hodges Bethge summed it up: “It’s great food, great drinks.”
The preview menu included an Aperol Spritz, an Orange Peel High Ball made with gin, St. Germain and cold-brew English breakfast tea, an Aperol Frosé, and a non-alcoholic Pineapple Cool. Food included the Signature Celebrity Burger, a smashburger, a fried chicken sandwich, beef hot dogs and grilled cheese with tomato soup. Whether food and drinks are included in the fare or cost extra was not stated.
Dates and ships
| Ship | When | Sailings after debut |
|---|---|---|
| Celebrity Beyond | November 2026, after dry dock; first sailing November 18, 2026 | A 4-night Western Caribbean cruise from Fort Lauderdale, then 7-night Eastern and Western Caribbean cruises |
| Celebrity Reflection | In dry dock late January to mid-March 2027; Orange Peel debut date TBA | 3- and 4-night Bahamas and Key West round trips from Fort Lauderdale |
What it means for airline travelers
- Both ships sail from Fort Lauderdale (Port Everglades). Fort Lauderdale (FLL) is the closest airport; Miami (MIA) is a common alternative with more long-haul service.
- Celebrity Reflection’s 3- and 4-night trips after its 2027 dry dock suit a long weekend. Fly in the day before; South Florida flights are often full on winter weekends, so if you are flying standby, have a backup flight.
- Celebrity Beyond’s November 18 sailing is the first after its dry dock. First sailings after a refit occasionally see last-minute changes, so watch for messages from the line.
- No travel-industry or interline rate changes were mentioned.
