November 3, 2026 — Update: Fuerte Group and Hilton have officially confirmed that Amàre Cancún Adults Only All-Inclusive Resort, Curio by Hilton, is open, and published its final line-up of restaurants, bars and pools. We covered the planned October 31 opening on that day; this update adds the confirmation and settles the restaurant count, which earlier sources reported differently.

What changed

A press release issued November 2, 2026 says the resort has opened, with stays available from October 31. The release names nine dining outlets and five bars and lounges, and confirms two 360-degree rooftops with infinity pools.

Detail Information
Property Amàre Cancún Adults Only All-Inclusive Resort, Curio by Hilton
Brand / owner Amàre Hotels and Curio Collection by Hilton; owned and operated by Fuerte Group of Marbella, Spain
Location Km 4.5, Boulevard Kukulcán, Playa Langosta, Cancún Hotel Zone, Mexico
Status Open (stays from October 31, 2026; opening confirmed November 2)
Rooms 429 suites, including 111 in “The One” premium tier
Format All-inclusive, adults only

Confirmed dining and features

  • Restaurants: HAYACA (Latin American and Mediterranean), VITA (Italian), BLANC (French brasserie), SAORI (Japanese, on the 29th level, with a sushi bar and TEPPAN teppanyaki show), LA CAVA, MARE NOSTRUM (buffet), BREEZE (bar and grill), EMBER (open-fire cooking) and RITUAL (24-hour lobby coffee house). TEPPAN and LA CAVA cost extra.
  • Bars: BELVUE rooftop bar (for The One guests by day, open to all in the evening), GLIDE pool bar, SHIMMER swim-up bar, MERIDIAN cocktail bar and the Amàre Lounge.
  • Pools: Two 360-degree rooftops with infinity pools, each with its own swim-up bar and grill.
  • Spa and fitness: SPA by Germaine de Capuccini with nine treatment rooms, hammam, sauna and steam room, plus a 24-hour gym.
  • The One: A resort-within-a-resort tier with VIP check-in, lounge access and priority reservations.
  • The resort says it sits on a protected bay that keeps the water calm and largely free of sargassum for most of the year.

What it means for airline travelers

  • Airport: The resort says Cancún International Airport (CUN) is about 30 minutes away, with nonstop flights from major U.S. hubs including New York, Dallas and Miami.
  • Location: It sits at the northern end of the Hotel Zone, a few minutes from the Isla Mujeres ferries.
  • Points: The resort can be booked on hilton.com and through the Hilton Honors app, so Honors members can use the usual Hilton channels.
  • Budget for extras: Two of the dining experiences carry a surcharge, and the rooftop bar is reserved for The One guests during the day.
  • Discount rates: No rates were published, and the release did not mention travel-industry or airline-employee rates.
