October 14, 2026 — Virgin Voyages has updated the menus at two of its onboard restaurants. From October 16, 2026, its Beach Club at Bimini will serve a new Bahamian and Caribbean menu.

What’s changing

  • The Wake (steakhouse): new brunch and dinner menus, available now and created with chef Brad Farmerie. Dishes include a Portobello Mushroom Benedict, pan-roasted salmon and caramelized sea scallops. Bacon-wrapped twice-baked potatoes are now served fleetwide, Oysters Rockefeller is an extra-cost “Treat Yourself” item, and voyages longer than seven nights get extra specials.
  • The Dock: new Mediterranean-style small plates, also available now, such as red lentil dip, Turkish deviled eggs, pork souvlaki and beef kafta skewers.
  • Beach Club at Bimini: chef Rashida Holmes has created a new menu with curry chicken roti, snapper patties, tamarind BBQ skewers and spicy fruit chow. It starts October 16, 2026.

Brilliant Lady Mid-November 2026
Valiant Lady April 2027 (when it returns to Bimini)

What it means for airline travelers

  • The new Bimini menu reaches each ship on a different date (see the table). Check which ship you are sailing on if the beach club menu matters to you.
  • If you are flying standby to a Caribbean embarkation port, plan to arrive the day before your sailing.
  • No travel-industry or interline rate changes were mentioned.
