October 30, 2026 — ANA Holdings has raised its full-year revenue forecast and kept its profit guidance, saying demand for international passenger and cargo travel remains strong despite high fuel costs. ANA has also been caught up in the Amadeus data breach.
What happened
FlightGlobal reported on October 30 that ANA Holdings raised its full-year revenue forecast and left its profit guidance unchanged. The company described international passenger and cargo demand as “robust” and expects fuel prices to stay high for the rest of the year. The specific figures are not in the part of the report we could read: TBA.
Amadeus data breach
Wire coverage published October 30 says up to 37,800 ANA passengers were affected by unauthorized access to booking data held by Amadeus, the reservation-system provider. Cathay Pacific, Japan Airlines, Korean Air and Condor have also confirmed they were affected. Amadeus has reset passwords, added monitoring and says it has found no evidence the data has been misused. ANA has not yet said publicly what data fields were involved or how it will contact passengers: TBA.
What it means for non-revs
- Expect strong international loads. ANA’s own description of international demand as “robust” points to full long-haul flights out of Japan. Check loads early and have a backup date.
- High fuel costs make it unlikely ANA will add extra flights soon. Don’t count on extra frequencies to free up seats this winter.
- Breach awareness: if you’ve booked ANA through any channel in recent years, be wary of messages that quote your booking details and ask for payment or passwords. Watch for an official notice from ANA.
