United Airlines is set to open five new routes from San Francisco next spring, including four transcontinental links to mid-size East Coast and Midwest cities. Elsewhere, LATAM has added a São Paulo–Geneva 787-9 route for April 2027, TAP Air Portugal has started flying Lisbon–Orlando, and Air Transat has dropped plans to bring back Toronto–Berlin next summer. Also making news: Emirates president Tim Clark named Denver, Detroit and Philadelphia as possible future US destinations, but no routes, dates or aircraft have been confirmed.
