October 3, 2026 — The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas will open The Corner Store, a New York restaurant known for American comfort food and martinis, on November 9, 2026.

The restaurant comes from Catch Hospitality Group, working with owners Tilman Fertitta and Eugene Remm. Chef Michael Vignola runs the kitchen. It will be on the resort’s third floor and brings the SoHo original to Las Vegas.

Menu items include lobster and caviar rolls, five-cheese pizza rolls, a Caesar salad and a Wagyu French dip. A Butcher’s Counter offers premium steaks, including Rosewood Ranch Wagyu. The bar focuses on martinis, with some made only for Las Vegas.

What it means for airline travelers

  • Dinner only. The restaurant opens at 5 p.m. every day, so it suits an overnight or a weekend rather than a short daytime layover.
  • Reserve ahead. Reservations are being taken now, and opening weeks at a new Strip restaurant tend to book up.
  • You do not need to stay at the resort to eat there. Las Vegas is served by Harry Reid International Airport (LAS).
  • No effect on rooms. The announcement covers the restaurant only. Prices were not published.
