October 8, 2026 — Waldorf Astoria London – Admiralty Arch has named British skincare brand OSKIA as its spa partner. Hilton’s October 7 announcement still gives the opening only as later in 2026. An exact date is TBA.

The hotel fills Admiralty Arch, the Grade I-listed landmark on The Mall, facing Buckingham Palace. Owner Reuben Brothers is restoring the building with Hilton. It will hold 114 rooms, suites and residences. Hilton has not split that figure.

The spa will have single and couples’ treatment rooms, a sauna, a steam room, a hydrotherapy pool, an ice fountain and a fitness center. OSKIA has created treatments sold only here. General manager Guillaume Marly spoke of “a natural synergy” between the two.

Dining is the other draw. Clare Smyth will lead Coreus, and Daniel Boulud will open Café Boulud. A ballroom holds up to 500 guests.

When reservations opened in June, One Mile at a Time found the first bookable stays started on March 1, 2027. Rates then began at about £660 a night, or 160,000 Hilton Honors points. Those figures are four months old, so check current availability.
