October 19, 2026 — Aman Group is bringing its Janu brand to Turks and Caicos, with a new beach resort and residences planned on the northwest coast of Providenciales. The target opening is 2030.
What is happening
Caribbean Journal reported on October 18 that Aman Group is developing Janu Turks and Caicos near Northwest Point, next to Northwest Point Marine National Park. It is the same stretch of coast as Aman’s existing Amanyara. Janu is Aman Group’s sister brand to Aman.
The plan includes a beach club, several restaurants, a 50-meter pool and a Janu Spa & Wellness center that the report says will be among the largest on the island, with fitness, treatments, an IV lounge and training areas. The residential part includes 12 beachfront villas, most of them right on the sand, and owners will be able to use the resort’s dining, wellness and social facilities.
