November 1, 2026 — The St. Regis Dubai, The Palm reopens today on Palm Jumeirah after about six months closed for refurbishment, with 290 refreshed rooms and a reworked St. Regis Bar.

What is happening

St. Regis Hotels & Resorts (Marriott) set the reopening for November 1, 2026. Guest rooms, the spa and most services had been closed since April 12; only the lobby lounge and the St. Regis Bar stayed open during the work. Khaleej Times reported the hotel “will reopen its doors on November 1, 2026.”

What’s new and what’s back

  • St. Regis Bar: redesigned with New York heritage photography, a new cocktail list, a champagne sabering ritual and a live pianist four evenings a week.
  • Returning: the St. Regis Spa, all-day dining at Cordelia, Turkish-inspired RÜYA and KYMA Beach Club.
  • St. Regis Gardens: the open-air rooftop dining area with chef-led and Michelin-starred concepts.

What it means for airline travelers

  • Back in play for stays now: the hotel had been unbookable for rooms since April. Stays from November 1 onward are expected to be available through Marriott.
  • Points: St. Regis is a Marriott brand, so look for it in Marriott Bonvoy. The sources did not mention award pricing or opening offers.
  • Getting there: Dubai International (DXB) is the main airport. The sources don’t give transfer times to Palm Jumeirah.
  • Early-days caution: recently refurbished hotels can still be finishing details. Read recent guest reviews before booking a special trip.
  • Industry or airline-employee rates: none were published.
