November 7, 2026 — Oceania Cruises has set its 2027 Alaska season on Oceania Riviera, with 7-, 10- and 11-day voyages from Seattle and Vancouver from May to September 2027.
The season
| Departure | Voyage |
|---|---|
| May 13, 2027 | 11 days, Vancouver to Seattle |
| June 24 – August 5, 2027 | 7-day round trips from Seattle |
| September 2, 2027 | 11 days, Seattle to Vancouver |
| September 13, 2027 | 27-day “Glaciers, Geishas & Gyoza,” Vancouver to Tokyo |
Ports include Ketchikan, Sitka, Juneau, Skagway, Wrangell, Klawock and Haines, plus scenic cruising at Hubbard Glacier. Land add-ons include Anchorage and Denali by rail, a seven-night Rocky Mountaineer trip and a three-night Vancouver package.
What it means for airline travelers
- Open-jaw flights. The 11-day voyages are one-way between Vancouver (YVR) and Seattle (SEA), so book into one city and home from the other. If you are Canada-bound, bring a passport.
- Summer loads are heavy. Seattle round trips in late June to early August fall in peak season. Fly in the day before, especially if you are flying standby.
- Tokyo crossing: the September 13 voyage ends in Tokyo, which means a long-haul flight home from Japan. Plan that leg early.
- No travel-industry or interline rate was mentioned.
