It was a quiet weekend for network news. The only new-route announcement we could confirm in the past 24 hours comes from India, where Air India Express will add two Gulf routes from Thiruvananthapuram on October 27. No US carrier announced a new route in the window, and no airline announced a route discontinuation or suspension.

One schedule note for US readers, although it is a frequency change and not a new route: Aviation Club Center reports that American Airlines will return to two daily Miami (MIA) – Caracas (CCS) flights from October 15, one on a Boeing 737-800 and one on an Envoy Embraer E175. We did not find an American Airlines release confirming it.
