October 7, 2026 — Regent Seven Seas Cruises has described the bars and lounges on its new ship, Seven Seas Prestige, which leaves Barcelona on its maiden voyage on December 13, 2026.

The luxury brand of Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings is highlighting three venues, Cruise Industry News and Cruise Passenger report.

The headline venues

  • Galileo’s Bar: Italian spirits and aperitivo-style cocktails, with several takes on the Negroni.
  • Azure: herbal cocktails and citrus spritzes paired with Mediterranean and Middle Eastern food.
  • Solmar Terrace: an open-air spot for crisp wines and citrus-led cocktails.

The ship also has the Prestige Lounge, Meridian Lounge, Observation Lounge, Connoisseur Lounge, a casino, a Pool Bar and Coffee Connection. Its signature cocktail mixes tequila, bergamot liqueur and lime. President Wesley D’Silva said each venue was designed “to create its own sense of atmosphere and occasion.”

What it means for airline travelers

  • No schedule impact. The maiden voyage date of December 13, 2026 from Barcelona is unchanged.
  • Barcelona (BCN) in mid-December: transatlantic loads build before the holidays. If you are flying standby, arrive at least two days early.
  • Maiden voyages carry delivery risk. Keep hotels and positioning flights changeable.
  • Interline rates: not mentioned in the reports.
