Air Serbia is coming to Florida. The Belgrade-based carrier has filed plans to launch twice-weekly Airbus A330-200 flights to Miami from May 23, 2027. Elsewhere, Lufthansa is bringing back Frankfurt–Nagoya, easyJet has added six more winter routes, and on the cuts side, LEVEL is pausing both of its Barcelona–U.S. routes for part of the winter while Air Canada drops five transborder routes from its summer 2027 schedule.
New Routes
Air Serbia: Belgrade (BEG) – Miami (MIA)
- Starts: May 23, 2027
- Frequency: 2x weekly
- Aircraft: Airbus A330-200
Flights JU502/JU503 are filed for the northern summer 2027 season. AeroRoutes notes that planned operations can still change before launch.
Lufthansa: Frankfurt (FRA) – Nagoya (NGO) (resumption)
- Starts: March 29, 2027
- Frequency: 3x weekly
- Aircraft: Boeing 787-9
This was part of Lufthansa’s latest summer 2027 long-haul schedule update. Nagoya was last served in March 2020. The same update also moves aircraft around on many U.S. routes, including Boston, Washington Dulles, Atlanta, Dallas/Fort Worth and Detroit.
easyJet: six new winter 2026/27 routes
easyJet’s latest winter schedule filing adds six routes:
- Barcelona (BCN) – Aberdeen (ABZ): starts February 6, 2027; 2x weekly; Airbus A319
- Belfast International (BFS) – Aberdeen (ABZ): starts January 4, 2027; 2x weekly; Airbus A319/A320
- Belfast International (BFS) – Rome Fiumicino (FCO): starts October 23, 2026; 2x weekly; Airbus A319/A320
- Bristol (BRS) – Strasbourg (SXB): starts November 20, 2026; 2x weekly, seasonal through December 21, 2026; Airbus A320 (A320/A321neo from November 27)
- London Luton (LTN) – Prishtina (PRN): starts December 7, 2026; 3x weekly; Airbus A319/A320
- Manchester (MAN) – Southampton (SOU): starts December 4, 2026; 2x weekly; Airbus A320

Routes Being Discontinued
LEVEL: winter pause on both Barcelona–U.S. routes

- Barcelona (BCN) – New York JFK (JFK): 3x weekly service cancelled January 19 to March 15, 2027
These are seasonal gaps rather than permanent exits. The last flight before each gap has not been published (TBA).
Air Canada: five transborder routes cut
- Toronto Billy Bishop (YTZ) – Boston (BOS): cancelled effective December 1, 2026, and not in the summer 2027 schedule
- Montréal (YUL) – Seattle (SEA): removed from summer 2027; effective date TBA
- Toronto Pearson (YYZ) – Charleston, SC (CHS): removed from summer 2027; effective date TBA
- Vancouver (YVR) – Nashville (BNA): removed from summer 2027; effective date TBA
- Vancouver (YVR) – Raleigh/Durham (RDU): removed from summer 2027; effective date TBA
These cuts were filed in the same schedule update as Air Canada’s new Edmonton–Newark, Montréal–Indianapolis and Toronto–Louisville flights, which we covered on October 17.
