October 22, 2026 — Celebrity Cruises has begun its 2026–27 season Down Under, with Celebrity Edge and Celebrity Solstice operating 20 sailings across Australia, New Zealand and the South Pacific. Celebrity Edge is on her fourth season in the region.

Apr 9, 2027 Celebrity Solstice Returns to Sydney from Singapore; same-day repositioning to Honolulu via Fiji
Apr 20, 2027 Celebrity Edge 17-night Tahitian Treasures, Sydney to Honolulu; then Alaska season from Vancouver and Seattle

Managing director for Australia and New Zealand Tim Jones said the two ships will give guests “more opportunities than ever” to explore the region.

What it means for airline travelers

  • Most sailings start and end in Sydney (SYD). Long-haul flights into Australia often run full in December and January, so build in at least a day’s buffer before the Christmas sailing.
  • One-way voyages (Sydney–Singapore, Sydney–Honolulu) need an open-jaw flight plan: check flights home from Singapore (SIN) or Honolulu (HNL) before booking.
  • No travel-industry or interline rates were mentioned.
