October 25, 2026 — Carnival Cruise Line (Carnival Corporation & plc) is extending its new main dining room menu, already served on 18 ships, to more of the fleet this fall.

Rollout schedule

Carnival brand ambassador John Heald gave the dates in a social media post. The menu first appeared earlier in 2026.

Carnival Valor October 17, 2026
Carnival Horizon October 18, 2026 (PortMiami to the Caribbean)
Carnival Paradise November 5, 2026

The report doesn’t list the new dishes and mentions no extra charges. Heald said guests had received the menus well, calling them “brilliantly received and tremendously enjoyed.”

What it means for airline travelers

  • This is a dining change only. Itineraries, embarkation times and homeports stay the same, so your flight plans don’t change.
  • Booked on Paradise, Freedom or Legend in November? The new menu starts on the sailing dates shown above. On Firenze, Radiance or the Australian ships, expect the current menu until Carnival announces a date.
  • The report mentions no change to travel-industry or interline rates.
