October 30, 2026 — Iberostar’s adults-only JOIA Rose Hall by Iberostar in Montego Bay, Jamaica, will reopen on December 1 after a full renovation of all 295 suites and its public spaces, Caribbean Journal reported on October 29.
What is happening
The renovation covers every one of the resort’s 295 suites as well as the lobby, the poolside terraces and the beachfront areas. The interiors were redesigned with the studio El Equipo Creativo. JOIA Rose Hall is the second JOIA-branded resort in the Caribbean, and it is part of Iberostar’s three-resort Rose Hall complex, which also includes Iberostar Selection Rose Hall Suites and Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach. In Caribbean Journal’s words, “The resort is making a comeback.”
