October 27, 2026 — Coconut Bay Beach Resort & Spa in Saint Lucia has unveiled a US$14 million rebuild of all 250 of its guest rooms. Every room is now a Junior Suite. The all-inclusive reopened on October 17 after its annual fall closure.
What is happening
The resort says this is the largest room project in its more than 20-year history. Rooms in both wings were stripped to the studs and rebuilt within their existing footprints, bathrooms included. Another US$4 million went into upgrades around the property. President and CEO Mark Adams said, “This project represents more than new rooms.”
