November 6, 2026 — Ennismore will bring its Mondrian brand to Türkiye’s Aegean coast with Mondrian Bodrum, an adults-only resort due to open in 2027. The exact opening date has not been announced.

What is happening

Ennismore, the hotel company behind Mondrian, signed an agreement with Cactus Group on November 4, 2026 to convert an existing coastal resort in Bodrum into a Mondrian, Rus Tourism News reported on November 6. This is a repositioning of a hotel that is already there rather than a new build, and the resort will be adults-only.

Mondrian Bodrum will have 108 rooms, suites and villas overlooking the Aegean, designed by AIME Studios, Ennismore’s in-house design team. Five restaurants and bars are planned, among them a Mimi Kakushi with Japanese-inspired cooking and the Kyma Beach Club, a Mediterranean beach club on the water. Wellness and leisure facilities are planned, but the details, rates and booking calendar have not been released.

What it means for airline travelers

  • Getting there: Milas-Bodrum Airport (BJV) is about 33 km (21 miles), roughly 30 minutes, northeast of Bodrum town, according to Turkey Travel Planner. Havaş airport buses run to Bodrum’s central bus station, and taxis are available but expensive. The resort’s exact location has not been released, so transfer times will depend on where it is on the coast.
  • Nothing to book yet: there are no rates or reservation dates, and the opening is only given as 2027. Treat this as one to watch for a 2027 summer trip.
  • Adults only: this will suit couples and groups of adults, not families with children.
  • Points: the report does not say which loyalty program the resort will be part of, so check once bookings open.
  • Discount rates: no travel-industry or airline-employee rates have been mentioned.
